Key Responsibilities:

• Provide entry and exit access control at assigned sites, ensuring safety for all employees and visitors.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to monitor safety and security.
• Draft incident and daily operational reports, maintaining accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting and guiding staff and visitors as needed.
• Respond to emergencies, including administering first aid, CPR, or AED when required.
• Recognize and respond to potential hazards, reporting and mitigating risks.
• Maintain all required certifications and attend training sessions to stay up-to-date.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards, representing Weatherspoon professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age: 18 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with the public.
• Certification: Security Officer Certification (or ability to obtain), First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (desirable).
• Language: Fluency in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
• Eligibility: Authorized to work in the United States.

Working Conditions & Availability:

• Environment: May work at indoor or outdoor sites; be prepared for varied conditions.
• Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting or running may be needed.
• Schedule: Open to nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as directed. Flexibility is essential to meet client needs. Guards should expect to be assigned to a day, evening or night shift to meet customer needs.
• Status : Full-time, Part-Time, Casual or Relief and Weekend Only Positions available

Qualifications:

• Successfully pass a background check, employment verification, and/or motor vehicle record check.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Commitment to upholding Weatherspoon’s values of respect, integrity, and reliability.
