Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (ONSITE)

Work Location: Parsippany, New Jersey

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly expert Service Delivery Mgr with 12 to 15 years of expertise in PL/SQL Data Warehousing Concepts ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter Unix Shell Scripting and Cognos. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Support Data Services and will play a crucial role in designing and implementing process for Support Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing Support platform to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand current support stack.
• Ensure all support processes and tracks are integrated in Service now for tracking.
• Ensure Batch is actively monitored ensuring that Data/Reporting is available by the SLAs currently in place.
• Ability to report metrics out of tickets for Customer and Leadership reporting
• Setup Proactive communication protocols to business around system stability/inquiries/outages/etc
• Suggest and track implementation of Process improvements/automations.
• upscaling of team member skills and replacing low performers along with regularly scheduled team member evaluations to determine who is performing well and who isnt.
• Bring forth innovation ideas/new tools/processes/etc for Data Services team to consider/evaluate which could contribute to modernizing/simplifying access to data by the ABG business teams reduce batch issues improve performance
• Improvement of issue communications/protocols/processes when there are issues in the environment
• Implement standard processes for data governance and data quality management.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and database queries.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
• Work closely with customers in the Car Rental domain to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of complex data integration projects.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in PL/SQL Data Warehousing Concepts Informatica Scheduler ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in the Car Rental industry.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Show proficiency in designing scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $88,200 – $139,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
