Are you an experienced Gutter Installer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills and join a dynamic team? Look no further! Byers Enterprises is seeking a skilled and dedicated Gutter Installer to join our growing company. We specialize in providing high-quality gutter installation services to our clients, and we're committed to delivering exceptional results. Gutter Installers start at $18.00 with a bonus potential of up to $30.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Measure, cut, and shape gutters to fit the required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Safely climb ladders and work at heights to install gutters on residential and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address any potential issues or deficiencies in the gutter system.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gutter Installer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and materials effectively.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment, including nail guns, hammers, and ladders.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Can lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to three weeks out of town each month (not in a row).
  
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. No DUIs in the past 10 years.
• No illegal drug use - A pre-employment drug test is required.
