Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Obtain necessary permits.
• Order supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Manage a construction superintendent and oversee their work.
• Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports.
• Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
• Ensure that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
• Use software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

You must pass a drug and alcohol test. Must pass a criminal background check. Must have driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
