Job Description

• Help set up and run our Slack, Miro, Smartsheet toolkit and administration.
• Slack Certified Administrator
• Manage approval automations.
• License and account management
• Permissions management.
• Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Slack, Miro and Smartsheet technologies
• Promote knowledge sharing on Slack, Miro, Smartsheet features.
• Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements
• Resolve user questions in Slack channels and provide how-to knowledge of using these tools
• Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process.
• Run and organize UAT for new workflows
• Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet
• Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
• Smartsheet and Miro maintenance activities
