Vice President of Marketing

Weave Talent Partners is teamed up with an aggressively growing AI SaaS startup that focuses on delivering a high-powered AI Platform ad management platform for brands, sellers, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set annual marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Champion the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Refine brand messaging and positioning to differentiate the company in the market.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development within the marketing department.
• Establish clear roles and accountability across the team.
• Lead integrated digital marketing strategies, including content, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance online presence.
• Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
• Optimize lead generation and conversion rates based on data insights.
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Design marketing programs to drive cross-sell, up-sell, and referral opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and other departments to align marketing with broader business operations.
• Partner with Product teams to translate features into compelling marketing messages.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor expenditures and align them with performance goals.
• Build relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify marketing efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events and public forums to strengthen brand presence.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including roles at the Director or VP level.
• Proven ability to manage and grow large marketing teams.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Experience in retail marketing, including platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and others.
