We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry located in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting overall employee development initiatives across our organization and will be involved in the creation, enhancement, and implementation of performance management systems, process and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate employee and leadership development programs

• Assist in the development of talent at all levels within the organization

• Contribute to program and project management efforts for all Learning and Development initiatives

• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders to ensure learning and development initiatives meet business needs and objectives

• Ensure quality control of all programs within scope of responsibility

• Develop and support programs aimed at identifying and developing talent

• Manage relationships with third-party providers, industry groups, and other external partners to enhance learning or creative solutions offered to employees

• Support activities critical to building the company’s Learning strategy and programs

• Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, company’s ethics code of conduct and other company policies and procedures

• Support in the creation, enhancement, and implementation of performance management systems, process and tools.

• Proven experience within the Oil & Gas industry
• Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Experience in developing and implementing e-Learning Modules
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Experience with Maps API
• Working knowledge of About Time software
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated understanding of industry compliance standards
• Proven customer service skills and experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Disability Benefits
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
