Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google search campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per qualified lead.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to continuously improve ad targeting and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to determine budget allocation, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and achieve desired financial outcomes.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance strategy and achieve company objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in digital advertising to implement cutting-edge strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Skills: 5+ years of expertise in Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, and management. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve ad performance.
• Tendencies: Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to enhance campaign effectiveness. A creative problem solver who enjoys experimenting with new ad strategies.
• Desires: Passionate about maximizing ad performance and staying ahead of digital advertising trends. Desires to make a significant impact through innovative ad strategies.
• Qualities: Innovative, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and a willingness to share insights with the team.

Success Metrics:

• Success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and maintain target ROAS and cost per qualified lead.
