Your leadership will ensure flawless operations and compliance, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

• What will you do:*
• Develop and implement strategic manufacturing automation and integrated lab initiatives to support business objectives.
• Lead a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Ensure flawless integration of manufacturing and lab systems across a sophisticated landscape.
• Maintain strict alignment to industry standards and regulatory requirements while driving improved system performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local and global teams to determine and prioritize technology needs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate cybersecurity measures to safeguard critical infrastructure and data.

• Education*

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Experience*
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Good understanding of manufacturing automation and lab systems integration and architecture.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and encourage teams.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
