ServiceNow Developer

Onsite 5 days a week - Professional Dress Required
Pay: 50-60/hr W2 OR C2C

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our IT service management capabilities.
This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including UI customization, workflows, and integration with third-party systems.
Manage and execute the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Work with IT and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience with Cataloguing, Workflows, Business Rules, Surveys, and ACLs.
Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing ServiceNow environments. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
