About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for Corporate Governance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of oversight and support functions aimed at promoting control effectiveness, reducing operational risk, and optimizing audit and exam outcomes. This role is pivotal in coordinating and monitoring audit, governance, enterprise risk, and related activities within the company's operating units. The SVP will oversee audit and exam coordination, ensure compliance with risk policies, and facilitate governance processes. Applicants for the SVP, Corporate Governance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or relevant certification being a plus.
