13732 – Salesforce Business Analyst (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
• Experience with Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred:
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator)

Responsibilities :
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using Agile techniques like user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including configuration of Salesforce features, workflows, and other custom functionalities
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and the Scrum team to design and implement custom solutions when necessary
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
• Coordinate and manage Agile project tasks and ensure their completion within sprints
• Maintain Agile project documentation and manage changes to the product backlog
