Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud , leading business analysis initiatives, and supporting Salesforce-related projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong mix of technical aptitude, analytical skills, and business acumen to enhance customer relationship management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related initiatives, analyzing and optimizing business processes.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements to support Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT , to align Salesforce functionalities with business objectives.
  • Extract, analyze, and evaluate data to provide actionable insights and reporting solutions.
  • Support ongoing process improvements , identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, process workflows, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience , with at least 5 years in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role .
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (certifications preferred but not required).
  • Strong ability to independently conduct UAT, data extraction, and reporting .
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with technical system environments and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset .
  • Expertise in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Lucid Charts .
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements .
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant ).
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments .
  • Exposure to additional CRM tools, integrations, or automation technologies.
