Job Role : Salesforce Business Analyst Agile & Platform Configuration

Experience : 9 to 12 years

Job Type : W2

Location : Juno Beach, Florida

Responsibilities :

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using Agile techniques like user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including configuration of Salesforce features, workflows, and other custom functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and the Scrum team to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate and manage Agile project tasks and ensure their completion within sprints.
  • Maintain Agile project documentation and manage changes to the product backlog.
  • Configure Salesforce applications according to business requirements and Agile user stories.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues identified during testing.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users like fixing authenticator issues, updating user profiles and permission sets.
  • Ability to manage list of tickets from service now and be firsthand person to analyze issues before sending to developers
  • Develop and maintain user guides and best practice documentation.
  • Monitor Salesforce platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and new releases.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the Scrum team.
  • Foster strong working relationships with business users, project managers, developers, and other team members.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other Agile meetings.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
