Sales Representative – Flooring Industry

Location :Greater Boise Area, ID

Compensation : $90,000 - $250,000+ annually (Commission, with earnings potential with no cap)

Base Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 (Switch to full commission after sales targets)

• Unlimited Earning Potential : Earn between $90,000 and $250,000+ annually with commissions and bonuses. Top performers can reach $300,000 with no earning ceiling!
• Base Salary : Start with a guaranteed $40,000 - $50,000 base salary before transitioning to full commission once sales targets are hit.

• Building Relationships : Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and commercial clients in the region.
• Consultative Selling : Use your knowledge of flooring products and design to provide tailored solutions for each client’s unique needs.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up : Work with company-provided leads and generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
• Achieving Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales quotas by delivering outstanding service and value to clients.
• Providing Exceptional Service : Ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to final installation, maintaining Rockwood’s reputation for customer satisfaction.

• Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the home improvement, building materials, or flooring industry.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to effectively present and explain product options to customers.
• Driven and Self-Motivated : You thrive in a performance-based environment where your earnings are directly tied to your results.
• Ability to Work Independently : Comfortable managing your time and pipeline while hitting targets.
• Local Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the Greater Boise area is a plus, along with existing relationships in the community.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in flooring sales or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
