Qualifications: Must pass a Training and Competency Evaluation Program Must be on state registry in good standing within 4 months of hire.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide direct resident care as assigned.
Follow facility procedures for admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
Review request for restorative care. Brief resident of procedures involved in restorative care and prepare necessary equipment. Perform restorative care treatments in residents room as necessary.
Encourage residents to perform or participate in ADL functions and range of motion exercises.
Instruct and supervise resident during restorative care. Recommend modifications and changes in the residents restorative care as indicated to the Restorative Coordinator.
