Precision Design Build Inc is a residential design/build company specializing in remodeling. From kitchens and bathrooms to additions and whole-house renovations, we take pride in our thorough design process, quality craftsmanship, and innovative approach to remodeling. Our team consists of highly motivated professionals who work hands-on with our clients to bring all our projects to life.

Position Summary
We are continuing to grow our company and need an individual to complement our meticulous Design/Build process. Once our Design Team completes a project's design and planning phase, the project manager's responsibilities begin. This role is crucial in overseeing preconstruction and construction, requiring daily communication with clients, team members, and trade partners. The key responsibility is to ensure the project moves forward efficiently and successfully at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction and Construction Management
  • Organize project details, communications, plans, tasks, employees, etc., in our Project Management software.
• Project Scheduling
  • Develop and Maintain Construction Schedules.
• Material Management
  • Order Materials and Schedule Deliveries.
• Site Management
  • Manage site conditions, tools, equipment, and quality of work as it progresses.
• Collaboration
  • Work with clients, designers, carpenters, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure a smooth construction process.

Required Skills

• 5 years or more of project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.)
• Ability to learn our PM software JobTread
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple parts of multiple jobs at once
• Team Player

Preferred Skills

• Construction Project Management experience
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specs

Schedule

• Part Time (min. 4 hrs/day) or Full Time Monday through Friday

Pay

• Full Time - $60k-$80k based on experience and preferred skills.
• Part Time - To be discussed based on availability.
