Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Review data for completeness, consistency, and errors; correct or report discrepancies as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data security protocols.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files for efficient retrieval and storage.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues and ensure seamless workflows.
Prepare and generate reports, summaries, and insights from datasets as required.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management tools.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon-specific tools, databases, or processes is a plus.
Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools such as Tableau or SQL.
