  • Coordinate real estate transactions in both English and Spanish, including preparing closing checklists and scheduling closings.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring proper documentation for efficient retrieval and tracking.
  • Assist in clearing title by obtaining necessary documents from prior settlement companies and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Prepare documents for settlement, attend closings, ensure all necessary signings are completed, and save scanned documents in their respective files.

  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, notarizing documents, handling correspondence, and managing billing records.
  • Assist with business planning, document drafting, and billing through data entry and supporting the attorney’s contract practices.
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
