Job Description Infosys is seeking a React Native Lead Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4+ years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in React Native
Preferred
- 6+ year's overall experience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologies
- Min 4+ years of experience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and Android
- Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modules
- Ability to define cross-platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
- Experience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment
- Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security
- Experience in integrating complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservices
- Experience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilities
- Proficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activities
- Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)
- Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the team
- Ability to communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and with Clients
- Experience in leading onsite/offshore teams
- Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing
- Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $73000 to $102200
In Washington, DC: $66100 to $100200
