Pay, Benefits, and Work Location:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 / year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Management:
  • Make sure daily operations like hiring, training, scheduling, and event management follow company rules.
  • Estimate staffing needs, track costs, review contracts, supervise staff and subcontractors, and ensure payroll and invoices are accurate and timely.
  • Suggest ways to improve operations and save costs.
  • Communicate goals to the team and keep accurate records.
  • Ensure payroll and staff schedules are completed on time.
  • Stick to budget limits, including overtime and labor costs.
  • Do other tasks as needed.
Customer Relations:
  • Regularly talk to customers to get feedback and improve their satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and coach team members to keep them motivated and productive. This includes mentoring, planning, and assigning work.
Availability:
  • Be available on weekends and evenings if needed.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or similar experience.
  • At least three years of experience in operations, service, or project management.
  • Preferred experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Able to pass a background check.

The job requires a range of physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing, with occasional climbing, working in high places, stooping, bending, and reaching above the shoulders. It may involve working in confined spaces and various outdoor weather conditions, and occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is primarily office-based, but frequently involves attending outdoor events.
