About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Online Course Content Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote contract basis. This role is pivotal in shaping inclusive and engaging online learning experiences that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to create content that resonates with a diverse audience, ensuring all learners feel valued and represented. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to contribute significantly to our educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and review online course materials that emphasize inclusive practices and diverse perspectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and accessible to all learners.
Provide feedback on course design and delivery methods to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in content development for online learning environments.
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in educational settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with various e-learning platforms and content management systems.
Familiarity with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
Previous experience working with diverse populations in educational contexts.
