Hobby Lobby Printing is seeking an exceptional, talented individual to join our company as an Offset Second Pressman for our Heidelberg XL106 who also possess these attributes:

This full-time position is located within the company's Manufacturing Building in Oklahoma City with a work schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Starting salary is $19.25 per hour.
Function :

• Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process
• Make ready and operate offset printing press with Offset First Pressman
• Follow job ticket to determine print quantity, stock specifications, colors and special printing instructions
• Perform proper cleaning and required maintenance of the press
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
• Must be willing to commit long term as we are looking for team-oriented individuals
• Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
• Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
• Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
• Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed

Job Description - Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as Pressman with an in-depth knowledge of the mechanics and capabilities of a Heidelberg XL106 Printing Press or equivalent.• 2 years' experience with color printing (4-color preferably)
• Must be able to perform physical duties of position such as unpacking paper and building press ready pallets requiring lifting, pushing, pulling and handling up to 45 lbs.
• A working knowledge of print, design, and color management
• Operational knowledge of a pile turner
• Good visual identification - attention to detail
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technically and mechanically oriented
• Motivated and highly productive
• Ability to walk, stand, pull, bend, and push 8 hours per day
• Ability to adapt to change
• Problem solver
• Good attendance is required
• Reliable transportation is required
• Good listening and communication skills
