Position Title: Offset Pressman Lead

Wage: $27.75 - $29.25/Hour 

Shift: 2nd or 3rd

Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday - Friday

Offset Pressman Lead Responsibilities:

- Maintaining production standards

- Registering and achieving color standards, and troubleshooting press problems

- Understanding full production process outside of this role

- Ordering inks and other printing supplies from company vendors

- Organizing press crews and floor procedures for scheduling processes

- Confirming factory tickets - Verifying load tickets, sheet size, substrate, caliper, proper ink color, hanging plates in the correct sequence, and making any necessary machinery adjustments

- Collaborating with offset assistant, feeder pressman and department supervisor

- Operating forklifts, clamp trucks and other PIV's

- Handling liquid ink

Requirements For Offset Pressman Lead:

- Familiarity with printing industry with prior experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Ability to read, write and understand English

- Basic math skills

- Good problem-solving skills

- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
