WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE NORTH BRUNSWICK COSTCO LOCATION!

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Liquid Collagen and various Turmeric products!

Costco Location: 100 GRAND AVE NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ 08902

This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with part time work; skin care experience is ideal, but not necessary.

Compensation:

• Starting at $­­­­­25.00 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 Employment
• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
• Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $300+ per day!

• Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• This is a part-time sales position with daily sales expectations. Hours and days and clubs are not guaranteed.

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Fully adhere to Direct Demo, CDS and Costco policies as they may be amended from time to time.
• Inventory tracking, reporting and maintenance.
• Product display maintenance.
• Regularly check for messages concerning scheduling and other communication from your manager.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds several times per day. Examples of lifting would include lifting a folding table, lifting product off the shelf, lifting a box of demonstration supplies etc.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry product, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Have a passion for helping people.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional outward appearance.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals.
• Complies with all company script requirements.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Must have cell phone with texting and MMS capabilities - must be able to text photos.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

Additional Information:

• Bonus Structure may vary, weekly bonus structure will be sent out every week.
• Shift days and hours vary weekly depending on demo/club availability.
• Promoter will earn bonus once quota is achieved for units sold during the demo shift.
• Bonus will be capped at 100 units of the same item daily.
• Personally purchasing items to reach quota is strictly prohibited and could result in termination.
