Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate part-time Esthetician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' well-being by providing a range of facial treatments along with skincare recommendations for home use. Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will contribute to our goal of creating a nurturing and inviting environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments including superficial peels, light therapy, high frequency and exfoliation using Environ Skincare line.
• Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments/products for each client.
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens and product recommendations for at-home care.
• Meet and / or exceed sales expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and inventory of facial room and work area.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation and sterilization techniques according to the CA State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
• Actively participate with the N2 team in social media.
• Assist, as needed, with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, record-keeping, and product inventory management.

Qualifications:

• CA State licensure as a practicing Esthetician.
• 3+ years of experience a must
• Proven experience providing a range of skincare and beauty treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Knowledge of Environ Skincare a plus

Pay Range:

• $22-27 per hour based upon experience.
• PLUS bonus on performed AND skincare sold.
