Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to senior management.
• Support budget tracking and ensure that marketing spend aligns with performance goals and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, and data visualization).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
