Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret marketing data from multiple sources, including digital campaigns, website performance, and social media metrics
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies, campaign effectiveness, and ROI
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, website content, and social media efforts based on data findings
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders and present findings in an easy-to-understand format
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve marketing data collection and analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field
• Solid understanding of key marketing metrics and performance indicators
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about marketing data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
