Position Overview
The myHR Services Leader partners with the Senior Manager of myHR Services in the daily
operation and oversight of the team responsible for the delivery of key HR administrative services,
including payroll, benefits administration, leave of absence management, and HR systems support.
This role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with policies and regulations, and continuous
improvement of HR administrative processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the myHR Services team, overseeing payroll, benefits, and leave of absence
processes; support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll, benefits and leave
administration.
· Monitor service delivery standards, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee inquiries related to payroll,
benefits, and leaves.
· Provide leadership in resolving escalated issues and inquiries from employees and
management.
· Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development and delivery.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
· Prior team leadership/mentorship
· Knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and leave management practices.
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems, Case Management Solutions, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience Requirements (Qualifications)
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, benefits, or related HR functions,
preferably in a service center environment.

This position operates in a professional office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.

The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83,400- $139,000.
