Key Responsibilities Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful Wheel and Tire store. Manage all aspects of a Wheel and Tire, Lease/ Purchase store including but not limited to: Staffing, Training, Human Resources, Sales Growth, Delinquency Management, Budgeting, Product Ordering, P&L Management and Equipment Maintenance. Maintain a Safety First environment, ensuring the safety of all associates. Perform an idle inventory verification as required by the franchise. Qualifications

Prior Automotive experience. Strong customer service/relations skills. Goal oriented. Strong interpersonal skills. Assertive personality No fear of confrontation Ability to work in a diverse environment. Meet state licensing requirements for all store vehicles. High school diploma, four-year degree preferred Ability to work with little supervision. Able to understand most Management concepts Strong communication skills. Excellent personal appearance. Drug Free Preferred Experience

Prior Auto Rim and Tire experience. Business Management experience Physical Qualifications

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat and/or bend for extended amounts of time. Must be able to lift and/or carry at least 100 pounds. Must be able to push and/or pull objects up to 200 pounds Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment. Must be able to operate various hand and power tools. BENEFITS:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
