Works as liaison between front office and back shop. Continual communication with Assistant Managers, Service Writers, and Technicians as well as regional leadership. Driving/Delegating Productivity - Responsible for site organization, operations, and regulatory requirements. Sets pace and assigns work for the facility. Responsible for clearing A/R for their shop. Responsible for bay management and daily production of their shop. Sets employee and customer schedule. Involved with recruiting and sales for their facility. Internal/External Problem Solving - This role is our highest shop-level leadership. Works with employees, customers, and vendors to solve issues. Other - Assist other front desk staff as needed. Keep workspaces neat and clean per organizational and regulatory requirements.
