We are looking for our next Executive Director for our beautiful Assisted living, Independent Living and Memory Care Senior Living facility located in Northern CA. MUST HAVE ACTIVE CA RCFE LICENSE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly).

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a strong ED, a leader with excellent operational experience in AL, IL and MC. The individual must be able to effectively work closely with the team members and have a strong leadership skillset in Senior Care. RCFE is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience as a ED/ or in RCFE , (CCRC) Environment and Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care.
• History of accomplishments and successes related to position.
• The love of working with the elderly and in a Senior Care environment.
