ESL Kindergarten Teacher - China 

Are you ready for an adventure of a lifetime? Join my client as an ESL Teacher in the heart of China and make a significant impact on the lives of eager learners! My is currently seeking passionate and qualified ESL teachers to join our dynamic team at various locations across China.

**Create engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum objectives and effectively deliver English language instruction.

**Foster a supportive classroom environment conducive to active learning.

**Utilize interactive teaching methods such as group work, discussions, debates, and multimedia resources.

**Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs of students.

**Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, projects, and presentations.

**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.

**Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance or concerns.

**Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

Requirements:

**Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).

**TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification (CELTA/DELTA preferred).

**Proven experience teaching English as a second language at the high school level.

**Strong knowledge of English grammar rules and principles of language acquisition.

**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with high school students,

parents/guardians, and colleagues.

**Cultural sensitivity combined with an understanding of Chinese culture is highly desirable.

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 8000 up to 16000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)per month based on experience and qualification, 12% Tax is applied

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
