POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Full-Time Director of Housekeeping at our Sevierville, TN location, it will be your mission to lead a goal-oriented, productive, and rewarding resort housekeeping department. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspire and lead a dynamic team that fosters a culture of respect and excellence in all housekeeping operations.
  • Drive continuous improvements in guest and customer satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensuring top talent is empowered to succeed.
  • Conduct daily inspections and assessments, providing coaching and guidance to maintain the highest levels of performance.
  • Collaborate with resort and company leadership to set clear expectations and achieve shared operational goals.
  • Analyze data to make informed adjustments, ensuring alignment with facility, budget, and compliance objectives.
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems, ensuring consistent adherence to budgets and operational excellence. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Leadership & Management: 3+ years of hospitality management experience focused on fostering morale, quality, and respect. 
  • Team & Property Management: Experience managing multi-property operations or teams of 50+
  • Education: High school diploma/GED/Completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry 
  • Operations & Quality Control: Experience in data analysis, budget management, and executing quality control systems.
  • Housekeeping & Timeshare Expertise: Experience in timeshare management and overseeing housekeeping operations is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and relevant software tools.
  • Career Growth: Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities and long-term advancement within the company.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer-focused with proven guest satisfaction, proactive decision-making, a team player with strong ethics, and highly organized in fast-paced settings.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Big Plus):

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in additional languages, especially Spanish 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
