Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

As Ambient's Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee and manage social media accounts for our individual brands across the country. Your primary responsibilities will include developing engaging content such as videos, podcasts, audio, and graphics, while adhering to a consistent posting schedule. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in elevating our digital presence. You may also provide guidance and support to a junior digital team member focusing on parts and aftermarket social media efforts as the team grows.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts for key brands across the country, ensuring consistency and quality in content and engagement.
• Develop and execute creative digital content, including videos, podcasts, graphics, and audio.
• Maintain and/or create a comprehensive content calendar to guide posting schedules and campaign timelines.
• Write and/or publish blog posts and articles and manage submissions to relevant platforms.
• Hold regular meetings with local brand owners to align on digital strategies and gather insights.
• Deliver presentations and provide consultations to local brand owners on best practices in digital marketing.

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align efforts with overall company goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, including managing content and strategies.
• Demonstrated success in growing followers and driving engagement across various platforms.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with content creation tools for graphics, video, and audio production.
• Ability to track and optimize digital performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.

Estimated Salary:
$85,000 - $95,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
