We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and analytics to drive traffic and enhance our online presence.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and improve online presence
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimization
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, ensuring campaigns are targeted effectively and the budget is optimized.
- Track and report on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and social media engagement, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO
- Stay on top of social media and real estate market trends, the competitive landscape, and new marketing technologies to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Lead efforts to improve online reputation management by managing reviews and responding to feedback on platforms such as Google My Business and Glassdoor.
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Salary Description
$80,000 - $100,000 Based on experience
