Golden Reserve is looking to hire a full-time In-House Recruiter who specializes in recruiting for financial institutions to work out of our Dublin Ohio Corporate Office. This position pays up to $75,000.00 base pay based on experience, with uncapped bonus potential for placements (estimating $20,000+ of additional production compensation, based on performance). You must be able to use your recruiting skills, and entrepreneurial nature to individually source candidates on a consistent basis.
