Position Summary Ford AV is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Corporate MIS Support Specialist to ensure secure and efficient operations of user devices, computer networks, and messaging infrastructures. This role focuses on optimizing network performance and availability while providing exceptional support to end users. Responsibilities include planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, as well as performing systems administration tasks such as server configuration, backup management, and account administration. What You’ll Do Ensure secure and stable operations of user devices, computer networks, and messaging infrastructure. Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for optimal performance. Provide end-user support by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. Administer server backups, computer accounts, and network configurations. Maintain and optimize firewall, routing, wireless networking, and unified communications systems. Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and laws, including those in international environments. What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical expertise with network and PC operating systems, including current versions of Windows Server OS. Extensive application support experience with firewalls, routing, wireless networking, and unified communications systems. Hands-on experience troubleshooting network hardware, protocols, and standards. Strong knowledge of data privacy practices and laws in international environments. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Certifications in network or systems administration (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cisco Certified Network Associate).
