Job Description
Job Duties:
- Reviewing blueprints, selecting tooling, and determining the working tonnage
- Ensuring the metal is properly positioned and aligned
- Programming the press brake and making test bends
- Ensuring the pressing process is on track and troubleshooting any issues
- Checking the finished product for defects and ensuring it meets specifications
- Performing routine maintenance and ensuring the machine is working well
- Complying with health and safety standards and quality control procedures
- Keeping the work area organized and clean
