Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Assembler. Position type: Fulltime/Contract Title: Assembler Location : Avon, Massachusetts 02322 Duration : 05 Months Fully Onsite Role As a Assembler , you will: Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Repair and clean the equipment when needed. Records movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies and verify the accuracy of work performed. Use independent judgment to manufacture the organization's products according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards. Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions.? Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Under general supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. Thank you! Thank you! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
