LHH seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our client’s accounting department. Responsibilities include data entry, account reconciliations, financial reporting, processing transactions, preparing invoices, and organizing financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
• Process accounts payable/receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
• Aid in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Organize financial documents systematically.
• Assist with invoice preparation and payment processing.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Address financial inquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
